Clydebank Youth Football Development
Welcome to Clydebank Football Clubs Youth Academy and the home of Clydebank 2011 Reds
As part of the Clydebank Football Club Youth Academy, the 2011 Red’s are a team of eager young footballers starting out on their journey through 11v11 football.
OUR GOAL
We know and understand that sport can greatly help support kids’ mental health, fitness and to become more sociable.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun but also competitive environment for kids to learn and not only become better football players but also to become better human beings.
THE PLAYERS
We believe in giving them the best start possible and by installing discipline and good foundations in a fun footballing environment.
Their development and progression as they grow will be there for all to see.
THE COACHES
All of our coaches are fully certified with PVGs for working with children.
And each coach is currently progressing through their journey in coaching by sitting their SFA coaching courses.
FUNDRAISING
As with any football team, a good bank balance helps run things that bit easier.
Unfortunately, it’s not always easy due to the ongoing bills and purchases that are needed to keep things running smoothly.
That’s why we will be running multiple fundraising activities throughout the year to help boost our bank balance for the team.
We will keep you informed via the team management app, Spond!
TRAINING & LEAGUE GAMES
Training is held two nights per week and our league games are played on a Saturday Morning in the PJDYFL.
As a player’s parent/carer/guardian, you will be kept up to date with all of the latest notifications for training and matches via our communication app called Spond.
Find out more about Spond here.
